- All rates are non commissionable. Increase in taxes/government levies, if any, shall be applicable.
- Please note, this offer is based on the overall business volume. Any reduction in guarantees or cancellation of halls after the confirmation would subject to a change in rates for per person or Hall Hires (if any).
- 20% extra per plate will be charged if no of guest exceeds more than maximum guarantee.
- 07 KV power supply is provided by Hotel in case of wedding or corporate function.
- As per legislation loud music/DJ is not allowed after 22:00 hrs.
- Please do not leave valuables unattended, the hotel management does not take responsibility for loss of guest’s valuables.
- In order to ensure high standards and meet the security parameter, all entertainment, place and the timing of the entertainment will be approved by the management. If any license required for the same will it be borne by the guest. Set-ups involving fairy lights, Par lights, helium balloons etc are not permitted in the hotel as a policy.
- No fire-works would be permitted within the resort premises & in or around resort.
- No outsider will be permitted to do floral decoration or tentage or lighting or DJ without prior permission & approval by hotel management.
- No communication through any media to public which mentions the Hotel’s name or logo should be done until the matter of such media communication is approved in writing by the undersigned.
- The hanging of banners / posters on the walls, partitions and using nails, thumb tags and tape is not permitted. Free standing framed banner shall be allowed to be displayed at the banquet hall at the discretion of the hotel management.
- As per the policy, all food and beverage items served are to be consumed in the banquet room itself. No leftover food will be permitted to be taken off the buffet for consumption outside.
- Hotel adopts all the food safety & hygiene measures, in case any related issues arise will be brought immediately in the notice of the management. Hotel Doctor will look in to the matters & give his advice & course of action.
- All alcoholic beverages are not allow in public area without liquor license and management permission. On occasional license liquor can be served till 23.30 hr. only.
- All disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled by arbitration proceedings conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 at Jaipur by a sole arbitrator duly nominated by Riverarch Greenfields Resorts, Jaipur. Guest hereby declares that he shall have no objection for the arbitrator being nominated by Resort, and waives all objections to the same for any such nomination. Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of Jaipur Courts.
- Procurement of PPL, IPRS, Novex licence for Live performance or DJ performance is compulsory and should be procure by the client only (no social functions).
License Policies:
For any live performance / DJ PERFORMANCE the host needs to get a PPL, IPRS, NOVEX License and should be deposited with the hotel authority 2 days prior to the function. Any liability arise on that part should be born by client only
Liquor licence will be require to serve liquor in all resort areas 2 days prior to the function. Please ask for the liquor consumption and service rules form management. For any assistance please do not hesitate to call us.
